Since an automated solution to script promotion is probably impossible due to the lack of a standard submission process for script directories, we came up with what we think is the next best thing.

Script Promotion Wizard requires the PHP be installed on the server. You will also need to be able to set permission on a couple of the files, so access to a hosting account or local server is required.
